Easy is a meditation timer and journal. It is inspired by the EASY meditation method outlined in "Bliss More" by Light Watkins.
To get started, press the play icon to begin a meditation. You can specify how long you want your meditations to last on the settings page, but you will not be interrupted from continuing your meditation. When your meditation is complete, you can save it to your account with a simple note on how it went and a journal entry.
